Welcome to Warren Woods Veterinary Hospital

	Mari Licensed Veterinary Technician: I am a Macomb Community College graduate and have been a Licensed Veterinary Technician since 1990. Before joining the Warren Woods Veterinary Hospital family in 1995, I worked at an emergency practice and in pharmaceutical research and development. Some of the things I value working at Warren Woods Veterinary Hospital are the unending availability of puppy kisses and the compassionate care all the staff gives to our clients and their pets. I have always loved animals and have a soft spot for German Shepherds and hope to eventually own one. I have a sweet, lovable, black male pug named Meshach and an adorable fawn female named Marah. I also have three cats; Oliver, Luna and Xander who enjoy what most cats do which is eating, sleeping and occasionally chasing a toy or milk ring around the house. Outside of work I enjoy bike riding, long walks and traveling whenever possible.

	Heather Licensed Veterinary Technician: I have been a member of the Warren Woods Veterinary Hospital family since 1999 and have been a Licensed Veterinary Technician since 2003. My favorite part of my job is performing lab work and seeing all the interesting and adorable pets that come to Warren Woods Veterinary Hospital. I hold a special place in my heart for bunnies. At home I have two rabbits, frogs, mice, a sun conure, a Persian and ragdoll cat and English Bulldogs. I also enjoy visiting my mom’s Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. In my free time, I enjoy scrapbooking and spending quality time with my wonderful husband Sean and sons Evan and Ashton.

	Shelley Licensed Veterinary Technician: I graduated from Macomb Community College in 1984 with an Associates of Applied Science degree in Veterinary Technology. I have worked at several veterinary hospitals before joining the team at Warren Woods Veterinary Hospital in 1998. My professional interests include performing dentals, treating the hospitalized pets and the challenge of obtaining diagnostic radiographs and ultrasounds. I am a member of North American Veterinary Technician Association and the local Michigan Association of Veterinary Technicians. After work I enjoy spending time outdoors and participating in many sports.

	Deanna Licensed Veterinary Technician: I have been a member of Warren Woods Veterinary Hospital since December 2000. I have a Brittany named Katie, two cats Tigger and Nella and a budgie Pokie. I enjoy spending time with my husband Keith and boys Brendan and Nathan. I enjoy scrapbooking and baking for friends and family.

	Carolyn Licensed Veterinary Technician: I am a graduate of Macomb Community College and I have been a Licensed Veterinary Technician since 1985. I also obtained my Bachelors of Science degree from Michigan State University in 1988. I have worked at Warren Woods Veterinary Hospital since 2003. I have a special interest in animal husbandry and behavior and have attended many educational seminars on training and behavior of dogs and cats. My husband and I have Doberman, two Australian Shepherds and a houseful of cats. I compete in obedience, rally obedience and agility with my dogs and I am also learning to be a rally obedience judge. In my spare time I enjoy reading, scrapbooking and making beaded jewelry.

	Nichole Licensed Veterinary Technician: I have been with the Warren Woods Veterinary Hospital team since February 2002. I absolutely love working at Warren Woods Veterinary Hospital and with my co-workers. I love all types of animals and reptiles. I have a five year old Shepherd mix named Jake. He was rescued from a zoo adoption fair. My other interest besides animals, are any type of athletic activities, music, art, traveling, singing and playing guitar.

	Beth Licensed Veterinary Technician: I enjoy working as a Licensed Veterinary Technician. I started at Warren Woods Veterinary Hospital in October 2002. In August of 2009 I got married to my husband Josh. We have two cats Alpha and Adelaide and a dog named Merry. We love the outdoors and are involved in church activities.

	Dawn Licensed Veterinary Technician: I joined the Warren Woods Veterinary Hospital family in May 2005. I graduated from the veterinary technician program at Macomb Community College in 2008 and received my veterinary technician license. I have a wonderful husband Jim and son Alex. We have a domestic shorthair cat named Myra. In my spare time I enjoy shopping, scrapbooking and keeping in touch with family and friends back home in New Zealand.

	Nicole Licensed Veterinary Technician: I am a graduate of Macomb Community College and have been a Licensed Veterinary Technician since 2008. I absolutely love my job, working with both pets and their owners. I have a special passion for exotic pets and their husbandry. Before joining the Warren Woods Veterinary Hospital team I worked at a pet store where I was able to expand my knowledge of exotic pets. I was also lucky enough to do an internship at the Detroit Zoo. At home I have a cat named Poonchkei, several rats, box turtles and uromastyx lizard. In my spare time I enjoy scrapbooking, fishing and spending time with friends and family.

	Shannon Licensed Veterinary Technician: I joined Warren Woods Veterinary Hospital in September 2009. I graduated from the veterinary technician program at Macomb Community College in 1990. I worked at a few different veterinary clinics for 14 years. I married my husband in 1998. We have two wonderful children Josh and Kaitlyn. We also have two cats and are looking to get a puppy very soon.
